Import Duty rates calculated on the value of each product within your order, not just on the order value above $200 duty threshold. Rates vary by product.
Sales Tax is not automatically charged on imported goods. However, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) declarations are made available to state tax representatives that may claim state taxes from yourself.
Payment deferment is a handling fee charged by express couriers to pay for customs brokers who expedite imports and deliver straight to your door. This charge is typically $6.50, but can vary and we have no control over this charge.
International Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery means that orders are processed and shipped by courier for the next working delivery day (Monday to Friday).
If your order is made before midday, it will be shipped for arrival the next working days.
Noon (12pm) GMT+1 is an approximate cut of time and on occasion some parcels may be shipped the same day when ordered after 12pm GMT+1, you will be notified if this happens.
Spanish bank holidays will add an extra working day to the delivery lead times.

Please be advised that if your order is sent via FEDEX you may need to pay for import/custom taxes after the order has been delivered to you. This is standard procedure by FEDEX to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible and not delayed in customs. These charges are solely dependent on your local customs office and FEDEX, CATLIKE has no control over these charges. We would kindly suggest contacting your local customs office for more information and advice. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
How can I order?
It's so easy to order that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case.
To add items to your basket:
Find the item you wish to order by navigating for the menu.
Choose the color/size option from the drop-down menu on the left hand side of the item picture. Once you’re happy you’ve selected the right option click the ‘ADD TO CART' button.
It will appear a message informing you that the product has been added to the basket. You can now continue to checkout or keep browsing and adding more items to your Basket.
You can check the contents of your Basket and the total cost at any given time by clicking on the shopping cart bottom at the top right of the page.
Postage costs will be shown on the summary order page.
You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time whilst on the basket page. If amending the quantity remember to press ‘Update’.
Click the ‘Make Order’ button that can be found at the bottom of the basket page.
Log in with your username and password or create an account.
Please ensure your address details and payment method are correct before clicking on the ‘Continue’ button.
Introduce the data of your credit card or PayPal account to make the payment.
You will then be taken to the confirmation page where you can see your order number. Email confirmation should be received shortly.
Please note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Catlike strongly advises against deliveries to be made to hotels or third party couriers. Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client. Therefore, we regret to inform, that Catlike cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these.

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you have 30 days to return it!

If an item is faulty then it will need to be returned to us for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by the warranty. To return a faulty item please follow the procedure below:
N.B.: Please keep the receipt of what you paid for postage. We will contact you when we are processing the return if the cost you paid is not stated in the box. We will only refund up to 20$ for postage costs.

Our commitment to you

Measures that we take
We have implemented a number of measures to ensure our site and your details are as secure as possible. When you send us your personal information, the link between your PC and our server is encrypted using Industry standard methods - usually referred to as SSL (128 bit encryption).
Once your information reaches our server, the card details are further encrypted before being stored on our secure server behind its firewall. Your card number is never stored in any human readable format.Our computers use your card details to take payment automatically. Our employes have no access to any sensitive customer information.
If you are still concerned about sharing your card details online we offer further secure methods of payment. You can pay at Catlike either via PayPal or WorldPay without ever sharing your personal credit or debit card information with us.
What else can I do
The overwhelming majority of online transactions are completed safely and efficiently. However, there are some things you can do to minimize the chances of fraud. Everyone using the internet should follow the tips below:
It is essential that your PC is kept up to date with the latest anti-virus and anti-key-logger software, as the weakest point of any internet transaction is often the users PC.
In some instances, Catlike will contact you via telephone after an order has been placed on the site. You will be requested to confirm details of the order and answer some security questions. This will allow the order to then be processed and despatched promptly to you. Catlike will never request you to confirm your registered password you use to log into your account.
If you receive a suspected fake Catlike e-mail, discover a spoof Catlike website, or if anything raises your suspicions, please contact us, forwarding any suspicious e-mail including the full headers directly.
If using a public computer, such as in a library or Internet cafe, always log out when you've finished using Catlike.
Take care of your identity and privacy
Avoid identity theft by using an up to date web browser and blocking bogus emails with a spam filter
Always use strong passwords.
Keep your passwords to yourself. Anyone who knows your password can access your account - although they cannot get any details of your credit/debit card. Do not write down your password. When creating a password, use at least 10 characters, a combination of letters and numbers is best. Do not use dictionary words, your name, your partner's name, your e-mail address or other personal information that can be easily obtained. You should change your password frequently. Avoid using the same password for accounts on different websites.

Fraud Protection at Catlike
At Catlike your card data is always transmitted and stored securely. When you place an order on our website it is encrypted using an Extended Validation digital certificate from Verisign.
This is the most secure form of digital certificate it is possible to get, and ensures that all the data you enter when you purchase an item cannot be intercepted by any third party. When your order arrives at Catlike we encrypt your card data using the same industry standard encryption system (AES) used by the US Government.
Your full card details cannot be read by any of our staff - they can only see the last four digits of your card number. Our website is regularly scanned by an accredited scanning company under the Visa/Mastercard PCI-DSS security scheme.
They set comprehensive requirements for enhancing payment account data security that facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures on a global basis.
If you still aren't comfortable about entering your card details on our site, you can choose to pay by PayPal or Worldpay. In either case we do not see any of your card details at all as the transaction is handled directly by PayPal or Worldpay - we merely get informed of the result of the payment attempt.
